Release Date to Customers: 10/5/2022 after hours

Release Notes:

  • Top Request: You can now export Workshop Registrants to a CSV file.

    • In addition, you can filter the ‘All’ tab however you would like, and export the results to a CSV file.

  • Rescheduled leads from one workshop to another workshop should now show correctly in the application.

    • Previously, if a lead was moved from Workshop A to Workshop B, they still showed incorrectly in Workshop A as a registrant.

  • The Call Log now has a button to link directly to the Contact’s Detail page.

    • This should help with back and forth and clicking through multiple screens when reviewing the call log when the contact already exists in the system.

  • Text Messages will now show the exact date and time when sent or received, instead of “X time ago”.

    • This makes it much easier to understand the flow of communication across channels to your contacts.

  • Follow Up: A Notification badge now shows the number of open Follow Up tasks.

  • Timestamps: We noticed that the timestamps throughout our application were not consistent in time zone and format. All timestamps should now be in your location’s time zone and in standard (not military) format.

  • Marketing Users Roles: Marketing and Marketing Plus roles can now edit the landing pages and videos for Funnels, as intended.

    • Settings icon > Location Settings > “Edit” next to the funnel you’d like to edit

  • In alignment with the above, all users will now be able to click Settings Icon > Preview Links, as intended.

    • These two changes better align our user roles and permissions and should prevent the need from having non-admin users given admin roles.

  • Pre and Post-Workshop pages: We’ve added a “tap to call” your clinic on the pre-workshop and post-workshop video pages.

    • These pages are seen by contacts thousands of times per month and previously did not have a call to action to help conversion.

  • Using Custom Sources in your landing page URLs should now populate the contact’s “Source” correctly.
