Adding Patient Testimonials

Testimonials are a key element of your landing page! They provide social proof and increase click-to-conversion rates. 


Note: Testimonials must include the Patient name, written testimonial, and Patient image or it will not show on your landing page. 




Standard Testimonial Format: “Before physical therapy, I couldn’t do XYZ because of my [your funnel type] pain. Thanks to [your WS presenter name or practice name] I can now do XYX.”


Testimonial Photo Guidelines: The above photo is a great example of a testimonial patient image. When choosing an image, look for pictures where:

  • Physical therapists are clearly identifiable in branded shirts.
  • Everyone is smiling with arms around one another. This establishes trust and demonstrates the bond between the patient and therapist. 
  • The lighting is bright and the image is high quality.

How to Upload Testimonials: 

  1. In Breakthrough, navigate to the top right and open your Location settings
  2. Click the Edit Icon
  3. Scroll to the bottom of your 'Location' page to the list of Workshop Types
  4. Click Edit next to your desired workshop
  5. Scroll down to the 'Testimonials' section:
  6. For Testimonial One, enter Patient Name (typically first name and last initial)
  7. Upload a high-quality testimonial image for the Patient Image
  8. Type out a written testimonial
    Tip: Keep testimonials concise, and relevant to this pain type with mentions of 'before/after' if possible.
  9. Repeat steps 8-10 for Testimonial 2 and Testimonial 3. 
  10. Click Update
