What are Custom Funnels & Campaigns?
Custom funnels are workshop or landing page models that are proposed by Breakthrough clients. Funnels come from a variety of sources but most frequently are designed by peers who specialize in specific treatments and modalities. They offer opportunities to promote specialty events or workshops outside of our standard pain funnels.
Custom Campaigns are email or SMS campaigns that are written by peers in the Breakthrough community. These emails are sent to contacts in No Phase, and may be more specific in their dialect, CTA, or educational material. You should always preview these campaigns before scheduling or sending them.
Does it cost anything to use this content?
Custom funnels and campaigns are provided for free with your Breakthrough subscription. If you would like to add a funnel to your account, please contact your CSM or support@getbteakthrough.com.
Aside from the landing page and sequencing emails, these funnels do not include advertising of any sort. We currently do not offer ad images or the opportunity to run ads with these funnels. You will not allocate any ad spend when running a funnel.
How are ads run?
Breakthrough does not currently offer to advertise for any custom funnels. No ad spend is required when scheduling a funnel, and all promotions will rely on your practice.
You are welcome to share the landing page link via email, QR codes, flyers, community groups, etc. You cannot run your own ads on Facebook if Breakthrough runs ads for your standard workshops.
How do I schedule a workshop or campaign?
Custom funnels can be found in the Location Settings within Breakthrough. They will be located towards the bottom of the page, in the Pro funnels category. You will see a blue ? next to custom content. Once the landing page has been created, you can schedule it the same way you would any other workshop.
Custom campaigns can be scheduled in the same manner as any other campaigns. You will see them in the drop-down menu. We encourage you to preview all campaigns before sending them to your contacts (How to Preview).
I have the funnel enabled, but I don't see the preview for the landing page link.
Just like other workshops, you must add workshop presenter information and testimonials to generate a landing page. After the workshop presenter information has been added, you can schedule a workshop and preview the landing page.
Custom funnels do not include video links on the landing page or in any sequence emails. To set up a landing page, you will need a photo of your workshop presenter and three patient testimonials.
