What Are Report Campaigns?

Report Campaigns drive leads to downloadable PDF Reports that prospective patients can download to get more information on how to handle their pain.

Which Funnels Have Report Options?

Report Funnels are only available for the following Premium Funnels: 

• Rotator Cuff
• Low Back
• Arthritis 

Promoting Report Downloads

1. Determine Where You Want to Promote 
   1. Social media, your website, organic posts, etc.
2. Find Your Report Page URLs
   1. URLs are in the ‘Preview Links’ section of the Settings Menu.
   2. The Landing Page URLs will look like this:

Add Reports to Your Website

We recommend adding the Report Funnel to your website, where visitors can find and download the content organically.

Examples: 

• ‘What Hurts’ or "Learn About XYZ"
• Blog
• Website Pop-Up

Share on Social Media

A great (and easy) way to promote your report funnels is on your own social media channels! 

• Consider making custom sources for each social media platform you use so you can see what performs best.
• On Facebook, you can share the link right within a post itself. 
• For Instagram, you can add the link to your profile, or consider using a Linktree

Flyers, Posters, Print Materials

• If you want to promote your reports in printed content (i.e. posters in public places, newsletters, direct mailers, etc.), you will need to make a QR code that routes to the landing page link.
• There are many great resources online for making QR Codes. You can use QR Code Monkey or Canva to do this for free. 

Who Are Report Funnels Best Suited For?

Consider using report funnels if you:

• Have mastered what is offered in the core program for Breakthrough members (ie. workshops, campaigns, GPEs, etc) 
• Are looking to generate more leads without spending more money to do so
• Want to grow your contact list to improve your email & text campaign conversions
• Would like to offer more educational content to your audiences without having to make downloadable content on your own

What Happens After Someone Downloads a Report?

Immediately after a lead requests the report, they will receive a text message letting them know that it's on the way. The report will be delivered to their email within 1 minute of request. 

On your side, a report BOOM email will be sent, and the lead will show on your Follow Up page under the Report Leads section. 

What are Report BOOMs?

Report BOOMs are email notifications that a person just downloaded a free report from one of your email campaigns.

How to Follow Up with Report Leads

When following up with Report BOOMs, we’ve found it most effective to think along the following lines: 

• Follow up with a call 1-2 times for these individuals, asking them if they were able to download the report, what pain they are experiencing, and if they would like to book a visit with you (free screen or IE).
  
• Reach them where they’ve already requested to receive content: their email address.
• Try to offer them what they’ve already shown to be interested in: free information!
• Invite them to the workshop: Include a custom URL to your landing page in your email.
• Ask them to respond to your email on how you can personalize the workshop for them.
