We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!

BUG FIXES:

An issue affecting Core license holders that caused the AI Conversion Agent to give contacts a Breakthrough tracking number that couldn't receive calls has been resolved. The agent now provides the location's actual phone number to these contacts instead.
An issue that caused some self-registered locations to be assigned an unsupported timezone has been resolved.

REFINEMENT:

Location naming logic for self-registered multi-location accounts has been standardized to ensure consistency across locations.
