We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!

BUG FIX:

An issue that caused No Phase contacts to have "—" in the phase column of the All Contacts report when Auto-Reactivation is disabled has been resolved.
PROMPT BETA TESTERS ONLY: An issue that caused imported contacts to have their import date as the graduation date, triggering large numbers of follow-up tasks, has been resolved.
- Follow-up tasks triggered by this issue have been removed for clients who reported the issue.

REFINEMENT:

The AI Conversion Agent on/off toggle is now accessible directly from the contact follow-up page and other texting interfaces – users no longer need to open the text chat page to enable or disable AI for a contact.
