We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!

REFINEMENT:

Work was completed to improve how the AI Conversion Agent responds when a contact says they live too far away from the practice. The AI will now stop trying to confirm the workshop and/or book an appointment and will send a Review Needed notification to practice staff.

Work was completed to use AI to better recognize when a contact wants to stop receiving messages. The system can now identify "stop" requests more accurately, even if the contact doesn't use a specific keyword.
- Examples: "Please remove me from your marketing list," "Stop texting me," "Don't contact me again"
