We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!

ENHANCEMENT:

Work was completed to expand the AI Conversion Agent's capabilities to third-party websites. The AI Assistant can now automatically engage with contacts who submit appointment or workshop registration forms embedded on sites outside of the Breakthrough platform.
Work was completed to ensure the AI Conversion Agent gives context on initial outreach to contacts who requested an appointment.
- Example: "Hi, this is Emily from Haven PT. I see you requested an appointment. Tell me a little about what's going on."
Work was completed to ensure clicking on a contact’s name opens their details in the same browser window. This makes it easier to navigate the system without opening too many browser tabs.
- Users can always right-click on contact name and select Open in New Tab if desired.
Work was completed to expand the keywords accepted for SMS unsubscribe to include punctuation, case variation, and spacing.
- Example: "STOP!" "Unsubscribe?" "stopALL" and " end " are now acceptable SMS unsubscribe keywords.

BUG FIXES:

Work was completed to improve the responsiveness of the AI Conversion Agent.
An issue that caused the AI Conversion Agent to trigger a new conversation after it had already successfully created an appointment request for a contact has been resolved.
