We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!



ENHANCEMENT: 

  • Users can now create and save contact lists using the Audience filters on the Schedule Campaign page. This enhancement includes:
    • A new "save as new contact list" checkbox 
    • A new dropdown menu to locate saved contact lists 
    • Audience Review
      • A new banner on the campaign Contacts page allows users to check the audience used for a past campaign.  
    • Up-to-Date Contacts
      • Campaigns sent using a saved contact list will now pull contacts at the time of send rather than at the time of scheduling. This ensures that if a contact changes phases (e.g., from a lead to an active patient) after the campaign is scheduled, they won't receive outdated or inappropriate messaging. 
  • To give practices more control over their first impression, the system will no longer automatically send the Marketing Acceptance Email (Misc | Email List Clean-Up Campaign) generic system email to new contacts upon contact list upload.
    • This email is still available in the Reactivation Campaigns dropdown menu and can be edited and sent at the practice's discretion.  


BUG FIXES:

  • An issue that caused the Audience filter on the Schedule Campaign page to use 'AND' logic instead of 'OR' logic for Insurance values has been resolved.
  • An issue that caused the [Contact.MarketingAutoOptInUrl] token to appear as plain text instead of a clickable hyperlink in the "Email List Clean-Up Campaign" has been resolved.
