RELEASE NOTES - ALL USERS


We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!


  • REFINEMENTS: 
    • Occupational Therapy was added as an available Market type, enabling the AI Conversion Agent to respond to questions through the context of occupational therapy.
    • Work was complete to ensure the AI Conversion Agent remains enabled when a contact says they are unable to attend a workshop.
      • Previously, in a workshop use case, the AI agent disabled automatically if the contact moved to the Canceled-Workshop phase. Now, the AI agent remains active and continues to pursue an appointment as instructed.
    • At client request, the name of the Lead-Didn'tSchedule phase has been changed back to Lead-ShowedDidn'tSchedule in all references.
    • Work was completed to enhance the user experience within the Text Chat feature. This includes:
      • The ability to create a new contact from an anonymous chat 
      • A loading indicator when switching between different date range filters
      • Work to ensure that SMS activity from other locations within a multi-location practice do not interfere with Text Chat functionality and performance. 



  • BUG FIXES:
    • An issue that caused registrants for appointment funnels to not populate in the Registrant list has been resolved.
    • An issue that caused the Follow-Up Tasks page not to function when the AI Assist feature flag was deactivated has been resolved. 
    • An issue that caused a 500 server error when importing contacts via the CSV workflow has been resolved.
