We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!

• REFINEMENT: A date range filter was added to the Text Chat page to improving load speed and general user experience.
  • The Text Chat now automatically pulls the last 7 days of text messages. 
  • Users can pull additional messages by clicking the Filter icon and selecting 30 days, 90 days, or All.

• REFINEMENT: Work was completed to improve speed and performance of the Unread message indicator next to the Text Chat option in the left navigation menu.

• REFINEMENT: Helper text was added to the Schedule Campaign page that clarifies AICA only works for contacts in the following phases at this time.

• BUG FIX: An issue that caused the AI Agent to identify itself as human when custom information is present in the Background field has been improved. (This does not guarantee it will never happen, but it will happen less now.)

  
  

• BUG FIX: An issue that caused phone numbers longer than 10 digits (e.g. when a country code is included, such as +1 for the U.S. or Canada) to paste incorrectly in the Add Contact modal or Contact Details page has been resolved.
  • If a phone number longer than 10 digits is pasted, the system will automatically use the last 10 digits and remove any extraneous digits at the beginning.
