We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!

ENHANCEMENTS:

A new button is available in Location Settings > AI Agent that allows the client to choose if the AI Conversion Agent identifies itself as a person or a "virtual assistant."

The AI Conversion Agent will now be disabled for a contact automatically if a person responds to the contact.
The AI Conversion Agent will now reactivate immediately if toggled back on for a contact.

WORKFLOW CHANGES:

Record of past text messages can be found on the Reactivation Campaigns page. (Reporting on past text messages should not be affected by this change.)
Future text and email blasts should be scheduled using the Schedule Campaign button at the top lefthand side of the Breakthrough app.

BUG FIXES:

An issue that caused imported CSV files not to overwrite existing records when a contact ID is provided has been resolved.
An issue that caused the AI Conversion agent to response to each segment in a multi-segment message has been partially resolved.
An issue causing the AI Conversion agent to transpose numbers in dates has been resolved.
An issue that caused the Export Contacts button on the All Contacts page to not export contact ID numbers has been resolved.
