RELEASE NOTES - ALL USERS

We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!

UI CHANGES:

ENHANCEMENT - CAMPAIGN DRIP FUNCTIONALITY

  • Any manually scheduled email or text campaign can now be dripped out over a 9-day, 30-day, or 90-day period.
  • Contacts in a 9-day campaign drip will be evenly divided between 3 campaign sends spaced appx. 3 days apart.
  • Contacts in a 30-day campaign drip will be evenly divided between 3 campaign sends spaced appx. 10 days apart.
  • Contacts in a 90-day campaign drip will be evenly divided between a variable number of campaign sends depending on the total number of contacts. Spacing between campaign send dates will also vary.
  • Exact send dates vary based on campaign settings, such as delays or blocked days of the week.

  • ENHANCEMENT: To support clients in eastern Canada, the Atlantic Time Zone (daylight savings and standard) was added to the Time Zone field in Location Settings and will display as appropriate throughout the UI.
  • WORKFLOW CHANGE: The Text Blast and Email Blast pages are still available but scheduling new campaigns has been disabled. New campaigns should be scheduled via the Schedule Campaign button at the top of the left navigation bar. These pages will eventually be sunset.

BUG FIXES:

  • An issue that caused Auto-Reactivation campaigns to be automatically toggled on for new locations has been resolved.
  • An issue that caused time stamps on the Call Log to display as UTC as been resolved.
  • An issue that caused a broken link in the automated SMS Digest email has been resolved.
  • An issue that caused the confirmation copy of the Marketing Preferences page to incorrectly reflect the contact's subscription status has been resolved.
