ENHANCEMENTS:
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve user experience within the app, the Auto-Reactivation feature has been moved from the Nurture Phase Campaigns page to the top of the Reactivation Campaigns page.

- This move coincides with some changes in the functionality:
- The logic that determines the pool of contacts the campaign pulls from has been updated to:
Currently in No Phase AND either
Last phase change was <= 90 days ago OR
Created within last 90 days and have no phase changes since.
- The campaign default campaign associated with No Phase was also updated to remove the 90-day delay on the first step.
ENHANCEMENT: As part of our ongoing UI refresh, the Email Blast page received a visual update.
WORKFLOW CHANGE: The AICA toggle is no longer on by default on the Add Event modal unless the funnel is AICA-enabled. If the funnel is not AICA enabled, the toggle will be grayed out and non-functional.
BUG FIX:
- An issue causing the Text Chat to not populate messages for some locations has been resolved.
- Work was completed to ensure practices/locations created using the Account Setup Form are created properly.
AI Conversion Agent (AICA) BETA TESTERS:
ENHANCEMENT: AICA is now available in beta for the Auto Reactivation use case.
- A new campaign - No Phase - Automated - AICA - is available for this purpose
Note: If you want to make changes and save a new version, that new version must be built identically to the template in terms of step order, delays, triggers, etc. If the trigger is on the wrong step or the steps are out of order, AICA will not function.
- AICA will respond to contacts who reply to the SMS step within the campaign with the goal of driving to an appointment request.
- Work was completed to improve how AICA responds to questions about other locations in the practice. AICA will now state that someone can follow-up with the contact about other locations and trigger a 'Review Needed' BOOM notification in this situation. (Previously, AICA would state that the location hosting the workshop/sending the campaign was the only location.)
