RELEASE NOTES - ALL USERS


We're excited to share the latest updates and improvements in the Breakthrough software!


UI CHANGES:


ENHANCEMENTS: 

  • A metric has been added to the Text Performance report for Initial Evaluations generated by SMS text message campaigns.
  • This report includes both text Reactivation Campaigns and Text Blasts. 

  • The Contact Details page received a significant redesign as part of our ongoing UI refresh work. New navigation options include: 

    • Status (Current phase)
    • Details (email address, phone number, etc.)  
    • Physician Info  
    • Notes 
    • Preferences 
    • Follow-Ups 
    • Manual Follow-Ups 
    • Activity


  • The Location Settings page (user) received a significant redesign as part of our ongoing UI refresh work. New navigation options include:  
    • Details (call to action, market, etc)
    • Address (location address and office hours)
    • Communication (BOOM notification preferences, desired area code, etc) 
    • AI Agent 
    • Funnels


BUG FIXES:


  • An issue that caused Pending contacts on the Workshop Registrants page to behave inconsistently has been resolved.
  • An issue that caused a blank screen on the Text Chat modal when accessed from Contact Details has been resolved.



AICA BETA TESTERS:

  • ENHANCEMENT: AICA Working Hours -
  • A new field is available in Location Settings > AI Agent where the user can indicate the hours of the day and days of the week they wish AICA to be operational. 
  • The default is 8a to 8p, but clients can choose any availability desired, including 24/7. 
  • This field is distinct from the Location Office Hours field in Location Settings > Address, which ensures AICA gives appropriate information to contacts about appointment availability. 
  • Related to AICA Working Hours, AICA will now follow up with any leads missed during a period of deactivation. 
  • Ex: AICA Operating Hours are 8a to 8p > contact registers for AICA-enabled workshop at 11p > AICA will follow up with the contact at 8a the following day 

  • ENHANCEMENT: User Test Notification - Appt Request 

  • A new optional field was added to Location Settings > Communication for Notification Phone Number

  • The phone number(s) added to this field will receive a text message notification every time an appointment request is generated, whether by AICA or not. 

  • The message contains the contact's first name and encourages the user to log into Breakthrough for additional contact details. 

  • The message will include the AI Agent name if it was booked by AICA.
