BUG FIX: An issue causing appointment placeholders to display the wrong time zone has been resolved.
BUG FIX: An issue that caused Nurture Campaigns to send immediately rather than following set delays has been resolved.

UI CHANGE: A new message on the Location Settings page informs the user if the Facebook Page ID does not have appropriate permission settings and directs them to Facebook for more information.
