RELEASE NOTES - ALL USERS

  • ENHANCEMENT: Accept Home Phone as Phone in CSV Import
    • Contacts imported via CSV file will now be accepted in the event the contact has no data in the Email or Phone columns, but does in the Home Phone column.
    • In this event. the system will copy the Home Phone to the Phone field.
  • BUG FIX: An issue that caused contacts to be unsubscibed from Email Broadcasts when they are unsubscribed from Direct Mail has been resolved.
  • BUG FIX: An issue that prepended dashes on contact phone numbers entered via web form has been resolved.
  • UI UPDATE: We removed Created Date and End Date from the Text Campaigns page. These columns were not populated and caused confusion for users. Now only Start Date will be listed.
  • WORKFLOW CHANGE: Contacts Can Now Be Copied to Another Location
    • PROBLEM: This summer, we received a few reports of contacts receiving SMS text messages containing the wrong practice name and/or workshop information. We identified several possible reasons this could happen, but one reason was that contacts could only belong to one location at a time.
    • SOLUTION: Contacts can now exist at multiple locations/practices under different contact IDs.
      • In the scenario where a contact at one location registers for a workshop at another location, a new contact ID will be issued at the new location.
      • When changing the location of an existing contact, users will now make a copy of the contact record under a new ID at the new location rather than moving the contact entirely.
      • The new contact will automatically be entered into No Phase.
      • The contact will still be unenrolled from all campaigns at the original location.
