v1.2 (11/09/2022)

Modified on Wed, 8 Mar, 2023 at 10:09 AM

Release Date to Customers: 11/9/2022 after hours

Release Notes:

  • Follow Up Tasks & Business Hours

    • Follow Up tasks will no longer be restricted to the Monday - Friday/9 to 5 windows.

    • Any NEW registrants or appointment requests will show on your Follow Up task list as soon as they come in, and

    • Regular Follow Up tasks will show up on the Follow Up page after midnight for the day they are due

    • You should now receive Appointment Confirmations or Workshop Confirmations 2 days prior to the appointment, instead of 2 business days– if there is an appointment or a Workshop scheduled on a Monday, the confirmation tasks will appear on Saturday, instead of Friday.

    • Notes: This was an oversight on our part, and this should greatly help you plan out your day, since you’ll be able to view an accurate Follow Up list whenever you log in to Breakthrough. Thank you for the feedback, and we will continue to improve the Follow Up workflow as we watch this update.

  • Appointment Request Landing Page

    • As a member of Breakthrough, each of your locations has a unique Appointment Request landing page. These are now shown at the top of the ‘Preview Links’ page directly in the application, so you can freely use these landing pages wherever you’d like.

    • Ideas: Embed them on your website, in a newsletter, or a Facebook post. This page is a direct request to your clinic that is live 24/7.

  • Appointment Time UI Change

    • When you schedule an appointment or event, choosing the time should be simple. We’ve updated the time selector to be a single dropdown in increments of only 0 or 5. This should reduce the number of clicks and accidental incorrect times for appointments.
