When Do I Bucket a Contact as 'Graduated Patient'?: When a patient finishes their plan of care, best practice is to update this contact's bucketing state as "Graduated Patient". This option will only show up if the contact had previously been in the Current Patient Phase. To learn more about the different contact phases in the portal, click here.

How Do I Deploy This For a Contact?: You can deploy this bucketing state from within the Contact's Detailed Record page in the 'Contacts' tab found in your portal.

What If I am Deploying My Own Graduated Patient Emails from Another System?: If you are using another system outside of ours to send automated emails to your current patients and upon their graduation, please contact your Customer Success Manager for what your options are for having these emails deactivated within your Launchpad.
