Some location information will lock after clicking Update the first time for back-end reasons, so do your best to complete in one go.


To update your main point of contact, time zone, big hairy audacious goal, and contact information for a location:

  1. Click Practice.


  2. Click Locations.


  3. Click the blue pencil and paper .


  4. Enter the First Name of person in charge of operating this funnel for your practice at the location. Our main point of contact.

  5. Enter the best Email Where You Want To Receive Growth X Required Action Emails at the location, typically belongs to First Name of person in charge of operating this funnel for your practice.

  6. Select Call To Action, which will appear in your pre- and post-workshop, bucketing, and Monthly Campaign emails.


  7. Select the location's Time Zone using your mouse or keyboard.


  8. Enter your Big Hairy Audacious Goal For this Location.

  9. Enter Your Practice‘s Address (Line 1), including building number, street, suite number, and any other traditional "address, line 2" information, where Growth X Workshops will be hosted.

  10. Enter the location address Zip Code.

  11. Enter the location address City.

  12. Enter the location address State.

  13. Enter the Area Code for the location so we can assign an appropriate tracking number with the same or nearby area code.

  14. Enter the location's Main Phone (Will be Replaced with BPTM Tracking Number). Phone Leads will call this number.

  15. Enter the FROM NAME For Your Funnel, or who emails will appear to come from in your patients' inboxes, typically the practice name or practice owner. If you've already completed initial set-up, follow these instructions to change FROM NAME For Your Funnel.

  16. Enter the FROM Email Address For Your Funnel at the location, typically whoever's name is in FROM NAME For Your Funnel. If you've already completed initial set-up, follow these instructions to change FROM Email Address For Your Funnel.

  17. Enter the best email to receive email replies at in Send Replies To Address. If you've already completed initial set-up, follow these instructions to change Send Replies To Address.

  18. Enter the best email of the person responsible for BOOM follow-up at the location in Front Desk Email for Receiving BOOM. If you've already completed initial set-up, follow these instructions to change Front Desk Email for Receiving BOOM. This email will get Laser Schedule, Lead Form Ad, Phone, Registrant Lead, Report,  Schedule, and Survey BOOMs.

  19. Enter the best email of #16‘s accountability buddy at the location or the practice owner in Owner Email for Receiving BOOM. If you've already completed initial set-up, follow these instructions to change Owner Email for Receiving BOOM. This email will get Lead Form Ad, Phone, and Registrant Lead BOOMs.

  20. Click Update.
