To update your practice name, website, main front desk email, or logo:


  1. Click Practice.


  2. Click General.


  3. Enter Your Practice Name, which will also appear in workshop and bucketing email signatures.

  4. Enter Your Practice’s Website URL, including https:// lead-in.

  5. Enter Your Front Desk Email (whoever patients email in to)

  6. Upload Your Practice’s Logo.

    1. Click Choose File.


    2. Complete file selection process according to your computer’s user interface and operating system.

  7. Click Update.
