Schedule a Campaign

  2. Select the campaign you would like to send
  3. Choose the Date your campaign will be sent
  4. Click Add.

How to Preview Campaigns

After you schedule a monthly campaign, an option to "view campaign" will appear on the same line, so that you can preview the content and test any links inside.

Click 'View Campaign' to download a PDF preview of your campaign.

The preview PDF will show:

  • The email campaign copy (Subject Line + Body of the email).
  • Populated practice information (not contact information).
  • All clickable links within a campaign that the recipient would interact with (and you can preview as well).
  • Some PDF downloads may show "extra" white space between the Body Title and the actual email body copy. This is just a display issue, and the email will be formatted correctly when sent.

Delete Scheduled Campaigns

If you need to cancel a campaign, you can do so by clicking the small trash can icon next to 'View Campaign'.

When do campaigns send?

  • The initial campaign email will go out at 8 AM local time on the date you choose.
  • Subsequent emails will typically send between 8 AM - 10 AM.

Who receives monthly campaigns?

  • Only contacts that are not currently active in a patient phase (contacts in "No Phase" or "Pending") receive Monthly Campaigns.
  • Contacts already in an automated sequence (workshop registrants, scheduled POC, etc.) will not receive these emails until they are moved to No Phase.

  • If links are not responsive inside of a campaign, it typically means that either the link does not exist or there is a formatting issue in the campaign.
  • While you will be able to see all available campaigns, those related to specific funnels may not function correctly if the related funnel is not on your account.
  • If you preview a campaign and find that a link isn't behaving as expected, or your practice information looks inaccurate in the preview, send an email to support@getbreakthrough.com with details and the PDF preview.
