Some location information, including BOOM emails, will lock after clicking Update during Launchpad Setup. You may still change your BOOM email address. 


  1. Email

  2. In the email, write Front Desk Email for Receiving BOOM and enter the best email of the person responsible for BOOM followup calls

  3. Write Owner Email for Receiving BOOM and enter the best email for the practice owner

  4. Whitelist your new BOOM email address(es)

You can use these same/similar steps to change any locked field in Launchpad.
